The library maintains a paper collection of the reported and unreported decisions of Ohio's Seventh District Court of Appeals dating back to 1922. New decisions are delivered to us weekly in paper. Unbound decisions and an index binder are located next to the bound Seventh District opinions.

The six computer terminals in the Federal Room may be used to run searches of unreported Ohio appellate decisions beginning in 1981 and reported appellate decisions from January 1913 (1 Ohio App. 1) through Westlaw. In addition, the history and subsequent citing references for all cases may be checked utilizing Westlaw’s KeyCite service. We are always glad to help you in using any of these sources. Members may call the library and ask to have decisions faxed or e-mailed to them. Faxes are 50 cents per page for local calls, $2.00 for the first page and 50 cents per page for subsequent pages for long distance calls; e-mails are free.
