Due to an unfortunate situation, and based upon information from the Mahoning County Board of Health, Austintown Court #4 is temporarily relocated as follows:
Traffic/Criminal Cases: please report to Mahoning County Area Court #5, 72 N. Broad Street, Canfield Ohio. All filings and payments will be accepted at that location.
If you are paying on a Traffic/Criminal case, please check our website at ecourts.mahoningcountyoh.gov to see if your case is payable online.
All Traffic/Criminal sessions, including arraignment, pre-trials, and trials will be held at the Canfield Court until further notice
All probation matters such as monthly reporting and payments will also be handled at Canfield Court until further notice.
Civil Cases: All Civil Court sessions will continue at Mahoning County Area Court #2, 8110 Market Street, Boardman Ohio. All pleadings and filings will be accepted at the Boardman Court until further notice.
